The American Southwest is a fascinating place where many of our National Parks are located. Such awesome natural wonders abound where one can behold and be astounded by the beautiful landscapes. Arizona, USA, boosts one of those natural wonders, The Grand Canyon. Most visitors only see the South Rim of the canyon which is more developed and easier to get to.
However, the North Rim is more remote, rugged, less developed offering different views into the depths. Pictured is a view at Toroweap Overlook allowing adventurous souls to stand at the very edge where the the Canyon narrows to look down at the Colorado River. Its location requires considerable effort to reach. These stories are of my latest trip there in June 2026
